We had a marvelous time at The Butterfly Farm. Not only did we have the chance to interact with some of the most beautiful butterflies in the world, but we learned an enormous amount about them and their ecosystems. Our guide Molly was passionate about the butterflies and made the Farm come alive for my wife and I. I highly recommend The Butterfly Farm for anyone who appreciates nature and the wonder of a beautiful and peaceful habitat.
My wife and I recently were able to visit through Carnival Cruise Line excursions and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The Butterfly Farm is certainly a gem not to be missed by anyone traveling to St. Maarten's. We were met on our tour bus by the owner and he gave us as tour of his farm and we impressed by the work he doing on a global level to promote these beautiful insects. Beautifully maintained gardens, lots of spectacular butterflies and extremely informative. We will return on our next cruise to visit.
We visited April 8th of this year in Aruba and it was the best butterfly farm we have been too. So relaxing, so informative. We will be back the next time we visit Aruba
I visited the farm on Saint Maarten on April 18th. It was the best $15.00 I've spent in a long time. Our guide was a chap from England who gave a funny and informative tour. It was a cloudy day when we were there, but the butterflies were active and I took several nice photos. I also got a cute bracelet too. Het is een prachtige vlindertuin, uitgebreide informatie van de gids gekregen. Ook heel veel tips over welke planten, bloemen, de vlinders aantrekken. Wij waren om 9.00 uur daar en er werd ons aangeraden om terug te komen rond 08.00 uur om het ontpoppen van de vlinders te kunnen meemaken. Op de informatieborden staat echter open van 08.30-16.30 laatste Tour gids 16.00 uur. Daarbij moet je als locale inwoner iedere keer een nieuw ticket kopen, terwijl een toerist zijn geheel vakantie zo vaak als ze willen terug mogen komen. Heel spijtig! Zou anders graag vaker komen, is een zeer rustgevende locatie.

I loved The Butterfly Farm! I was able to get some amazing photos! They also have a great gift shop. I loved that they gave you a pass to return. I went there three times on my vacation.

We visited the farm in St Martin on 9th February 2016. It was a great experience and we enjoyed it a lot. I even got a new friend; one of the beautiful butterflies sat on my shoulder for 15-20 minutes. Back home in Bergen, Norway now, and I miss my friend :)

We stopped by the farm on January 29 2016 on our way to the airport going home. I sure wish that this was our first stop, not our last. The farm is perfect. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I spoke to the man that started the farm. It is obvious that this is not just a job but a passion. We are going back to Aruba Easter week. I am sure we will go back. Well worth the small cost of admission!
I love going to the Butterfly Farm it is my sanctuary for Photography and Peace. The Butterflies are all so amazing and Beautiful. A must visit when in St Maarten! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and make sure you visit is one never to forget!

My son and I visited your wonderful butterfly farm on a tour recently. Your talk was a great highlight of our vacation. My yard has some flowers that attract butterflies but I never knew we needed special plants for them to propagate. I live in Florida and will shortly have some of the plants listed on your website in my garden.I am sorry to admit that I have been pulling out a vine that I thought was choking the flowers and now I understand that it was good for the butterflies. I will not pull it out again. Thank you very much.

My family and I had a great time!!!!! Karen made my grandmother's day with that special tour minus caterpillars! (Grams was afraid of caterpillars and refused to go in) One of the most memorable visits in St. Maarten! ^_^
We enjoyed the natural beauty of St. Maarten and the butterflies in their natural habitat. It was a very educational experience walking through the farm. Our Guide did an excellent job in explaining the life cycle of the butterfly. The highlight of the tour was when my little ones coaxed the butterflies into their hands. Seeing their eyes light up made my day! Thank you very much for a lovely family experience!

We have traveled all over the world and have seen many amazing sights, but the St. Maarten Butterfly Farm is one of our most treasured memories. The intimacy of the farm, the beautiful species of moths and butterflies, the love that the dedicated keepers express toward the butterflies, and the way the lecturer relayed the information to us in such an interesting and amicable manner made this tour a special highlight of time in St Maarten.
